About museum
The Udmurt Republican Museum of Fine Arts was opened on October 29, 1980 in the building of the House of Pioneers and Schoolchildren. It was established based on a collection of artworks of various genres transferred from the Udmurt Republican Museum of Local History. It is the only museum in the world representing the history and development of professional art of Udmurtia over the past one hundred years. Here you can simultaneously acquaint yourself with exhibitions representing classical Western European, Russian and Udmurt art, as well as experimental exhibitions by contemporary artists. Here you can feel the spirit of art and have an unforgettable experience.
