The Gold Mining Museum attracts many visitors, and everyone can find something interesting here.

On July 14, 2007 the Museum of the History of Gold Mining in the Severo-Yeniseysky District was opened on the occasion of the district's 75th anniversary. The idea and founder of the museum was the head of the district. Residents joined the initiative and began donating items and documents to the museum. At the time of its opening the museum held more than 3,000 storage units, of which 1,081 were on display. In the foyer you can find portraits of the district's honored citizens, photographs of the district's scenic beauty, poems by local poets, a visitors' map and a guest book. The first hall tells about the beginnings of gold mining, the second about the feats of Siberians during the war, the third about the production process of extracting the precious metal, and the fourth about the Soviet era. The fifth hall features temporary exhibitions. The museum attracts many visitors, and everyone can find something interesting here.
