The A. S. Popov Central Museum of Communications is a scientific and technical museum that houses a collection of exhibits dedicated to the history of communications. Here you can see postal and telegraph equipment, radio communications, television, mobile and space communications. The State Collection of postage stamps of the Russian Federation is part of the museum's collections. The museum building was designed by architect Giacomo Quarenghi for the Imperial Russian chancellor Prince A. A. Bezborodko and is an 18th-century architectural monument.
