Located in the Eastern Pavilion of the Mikhailovsky Castle, the 'Russian Center for Museum Pedagogy and Children's Creativity' department of the Russian Museum has at its disposal reconstructed historic interiors and sculpture from the Summer Garden. It focuses on fostering interaction between the cultural museum and the educational system, using the latest museum-pedagogical technologies. Within the framework of the 'Hello, Museum!' program, the department provides professional development for museum staff and teachers and also develops projects for education. The department houses the Children's Creativity Fund, which contains works by children from 50 countries. The children's club 'Meetings at the Russian Museum' is also held here, offering mini-subscriptions, master classes, and exhibitions for children and adolescents aged 4 to 16.
