The museum in Rybnovka was founded in 1998 at the initiative of senior residents. The museum displays permanent exhibitions. For example, 'The Battle of the Vozha', which features 14th-century items such as chain mail, spearheads, arrows, horseshoes, spurs, stirrups, and knives. The museum also has the exhibition 'Peasant's House', exhibiting peasants' household items from the late 19th to the first half of the 20th century: a wooden bed, cradle, loom, spinning wheel, peasants' utensils, and copper samovars. The exhibition 'Rybnovka Residents in Defense of the Fatherland' presents wartime items: a bomb, a soldier's greatcoat, a pierced helmet, a bayonet, a gramophone, letters and wartime documents. The museum's collections comprise 7,100 storage units representing the historical and cultural past of the region over a period of more than 600 years. Temporary exhibitions dedicated to anniversary dates in the district's history are also held.
