The Youth Center for Contemporary Art is a platform for realizing the creative ideas of young artists from Ulyanovsk and the Ulyanovsk region. It was established at the initiative of Governor S.I. Morozov and opened on January 31, 2019. It is located in the historic part of the city in the former house of the merchant Melnikov. Here visitors can explore exhibition spaces, art co-working spaces, lecture rooms, studios, and residencies for the creative industries. They can forge useful connections, take part in master classes, or simply chat with interesting people. The center's motto is "Art here, today and right now!" This is the only center of its kind in Ulyanovsk that offers the opportunity to immerse yourself in creative ideas and gain unforgettable impressions.
