For many years, the poet's personal belongings and works by his students have been kept here. The museum also hosts master classes and literary evenings. In 1985, the "Katyusha" Song Museum was opened in the Ugra District, located in the House of Culture built at the initiative of the poet himself. Over the years the museum was renamed the Memorial Museum of Mikhail Vasilievich Isakovsky. It displays the poet's personal belongings and works by his students. The museum also holds master classes and literary evenings. Thus, the museum has become not only a place to commemorate the poet but also a place for interaction between generations.
