The Information and Exhibition Centre of JSC "Pigment" was opened on May 16, 2019. But that does not mean the enterprise had no museum before. In 1982 the Museum of Labour Glory of the enterprise was opened, which became a gift for the plant workers. Almost 40 years later, the management of JSC "Pigment" presented a new exhibition space to all residents of Tambov and visitors. The Information and Exhibition Centre features temporary and traveling exhibitions, as well as an interactive exhibition hall "From the History of the Aniline Dye Factory to the Future of the Chemical Industry." It showcases unique photo and video archives, documents and artifacts, as well as interactive exhibits, electronic panels, and audiovisual installations. The centre also has play areas for children and unusual installations for selfies. It also houses a science experimentarium and a cinema hall, where visitors can observe chemical reactions and try out the profession of a chemist. The centre hosts themed workshops for children and conducts experiments under the supervision of professional chemists.
