An exhibition of original dolls, "Beyond Time", is opening at the Bubnov Family House Museum. Masters of the creative association "White Dragonfly" will present their new original works. A separate part of the exhibition will be devoted to the theme of the Great Patriotic War and the 80th anniversary of the Great Victory. The exhibition "Beyond Time" opens on the eve of the celebration of the 80th anniversary of the Great Victory. The title of the new exhibition project suggests that the memory of those events must live forever; it is that memory which resists the destructive force of time. At the core of the section dedicated to military themes are laconic, stern works, powerful in their metallic expressiveness yet full of deep meaning, by metal artist Vladimir Volkov. Textile compositions by Tatyana Ladikhina continue the theme: the artist filled traditional forms of folk textile dolls with new content, creating expressive military images. This section of the exhibition is complemented by works by Andrey Dergunov, Tatyana Selezneva and Marina Lysakova.
