In 2020 the Perm Period Art Gallery was opened, specializing in art related to the Perm Krai and its history. It was founded by Anatoly Saklakov, who for more than 20 years studied history and collected works of Perm visual art. The gallery features works by painters, graphic artists, stone carvers, sculptors, and representatives of decorative and applied arts and theatrical-decorative art. The gallery regularly hosts exhibitions that change once a month, as well as tours, lectures, master classes and musical evenings. The gallery displays works by both well-known masters and contemporary authors who are just beginning their creative careers. The 'Perm Period' gallery is a unique place to appreciate the diversity of the cultural heritage of the Perm Krai.
