Rudnyansky Historical Museum
About museum
The Rudnyansky Historical Museum features a permanent exhibition consisting of four halls. The first hall displays materials about Soviet rule and the first kolkhoz, which was organized in 1929. The second hall covers the history of Rudnya during the Great Patriotic War, with photographs of soldiers and war heroes, letters, and personal items from that period. The third hall is dedicated to Hero of the Soviet Union M. A. Yegorov, who raised the Victory Banner. The fourth hall presents peasant life, showing tools, household items, clothing, and embroidered towels. The museum's collections help to understand the region's history and the lives of its inhabitants.
