M. I. Tsvetaeva Literary Museum

\r\nIn 2003 the Marina Tsvetaeva Literary Museum was opened, located on Kazanskaya Street. The museum's exhibition presents the history of the poet and her parents. Here you can see editions published during Marina Ivanovna's lifetime and works by other authors of that period. The museum houses the poet's personal belongings: silver teaspoons, writing paper, a cameo given to her by her father, a dish bought in Germany, the powder compact of her daughter Ariadna, manuscripts and documents, as well as a small lock of Tsvetaeva's hair. The museum presents important events from the poet's life, from her acquaintance with Sergey Efron and the publication of her first collections to emigration and return to Russia.
