Demonstration and educational master class on bobbin lace-making

Throughout June, the I.A. Bunin Literary Memorial Museum will host a unique master class on bobbin lace-making. You will not only learn a lot of interesting facts about the history of Yelets lace, but also see a video created several years ago by Olga Vadimovna Tulinova — Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences and a member of the Regional Local History Society. You will hear legends associated with this craft, enjoy the melodious clacking of the bobbins and, of course, try to weave magical patterns with your own hands.
