The Naval Center is a museum complex located on the embankment that introduces visitors to naval history and equipment.

\r\nIn addition to the “Water Cube”, the Naval Center includes:
\r\nthe submarine B-413;
\r\nthe exhibition pavilion “Water Cube”;
\r\nthe Be-12 seaplane;
\r\nthe AS-22 rescue submersible;
\r\nan outdoor exhibition of naval equipment.
\r\nThe exhibition pavilion hosts displays dedicated to the history of the Russian Navy.

\r\nThe submarine B-413 is a unique museum vessel. It is the only one of its kind in the country and one of the few in the world that belongs to the pre-nuclear period of the submarine fleet. The submarine's uniqueness also lies in the fact that it has been preserved in its original condition. Today the submarine houses the exhibition “From the History of Russia's Submarine Fleet,” which tells the main milestones of the history of the domestic submarine fleet.

\r\nOn board the amphibious aircraft located on the grounds of the Naval Center, guided tours on the history of Russian naval aviation are organized. The Be-12 was part of the Baltic Fleet's naval aviation and was intended for searching for, detecting, tracking and destroying submarines in various conditions.
