\r\nPerevolotsky People's Historical and Local Lore Museum is one of the museums in the settlement of Perevolotsky, Perevolotsky District, established by the decree of the administration of the municipal formation Perevolotsky District on July 19, 2011. It is a legal entity, and the museum's staff includes a director, a lecturer-guide and a custodian. Museum specialists are engaged in preserving museum objects and collections for use in research, educational and outreach purposes. The museum's general collection comprises 4,614 storage units. Research activities help improve the museum's quality and study the natural and historical-cultural heritage of the Perevolotsky District. Visitors and local residents can attend various interesting exhibitions offered by the museum throughout the year (29–30 exhibitions). The museum contains sections on history, geography, and ethnography, as well as a Hall of Glory. In addition to tours and exhibitions, the museum hosts events on various themes.
