District Historical and Local History Museum of the Partizansky Municipal District

About museum

On March 12, 2018 the District Historical and Local History Museum began its activities. It houses 413 exhibits, which are divided into two groups - the main collection and the scientific and auxiliary collection. The museum presents 7 exhibitions in 5 halls: the Hall of Russian History, the Hall of Nature, the Ethnography Hall, a model of a cave, and the Hall of Rus' History. There is a separate fund for exhibitions of creative works. The museum conducts research on collection management and on developing thematic-exhibition plans for new exhibitions, tours, lessons, and celebrations.
