Primorsky Cultural and Historical Center is a place where people can learn about the history and culture of Russia. It is the regional operator of the 'Russia — My History' project. Here visitors are invited to go through a multimedia exhibition that provides an introduction to Russia's history and its victories. The Center houses state-of-the-art information media. In addition, round tables, professional development courses, festivals, and discussion platforms are held here. The Center's mission is to create a cultural climate in the city, popularize historical heritage, and foster patriotic education among young people. It supports historical communities, organizes events at various levels, helps residents of the region become closely acquainted with culture and spirituality, and also promotes interethnic cooperation.
