On October 20, 1967, the Priluzsky District Local History Museum named after I. A. Yaborov was established; it was granted People's status in 1988 and was named after its founder in 1997. It houses 11,537 items, including 2,842 main and 8,695 scientific and auxiliary items. The museum has 19 permanent exhibitions: 'Tools and Implements of Peasants and Craftsmen, late 19th — early 20th century', 'Clothing and Footwear of the Early 20th Century', 'Orthodoxy in the Priluzsky District', 'Komi kerka', 'Our Notable Fellow Countrymen — Figures of Science and Culture', 'Our Fellow Countrymen — Our Heroes', 'Awards of the Great Patriotic War (World War II)', 'Everyone Loves Money', 'History of the Priluzsky District in the Mid-20th Century', 'History of the Airport', 'Nature of the Priluzsky District', 'Stones of Heaven and Earth', 'The Mysterious World of Insects' (dedicated to the excavations of the search team 'Zvezda'), 'History of the Old School', 'New Year Ornament and Postcard of the Past Century', 'Interior of the Soviet Era', photo exhibition 'Honorary Residents of the Priluzsky District', and 'History of Priluzsky Forestry'.
