About museum

In the National Art Gallery a wide collection of works from the funds of various museums is permanently on display. Here you can see paintings, graphics, sculpture, decorative and applied arts, and items of the ethnic cultural heritage of the Mari people. Exhibitions of collections from museums of Russia and the world, as well as private collections, are held regularly. The National Gallery actively participates in events of Russian museums and has become an important center of cultural life in the Republic of Mari El. It offers viewers a rich selection of artworks, attracting a large audience.
