About museum
Here you can see and learn many interesting and useful things.
The Artichoke Museum and Exhibition Complex is located in Khimki's oldest park — the L. N. Tolstoy Park of Culture and Recreation. It opened on September 1, 2018, and since then more than 80 exhibitions have been held. The complex's main focus is on temporary exhibitions, including group and solo shows by artists from Khimki and the Moscow region. There are practitioners of realist art living in Khimki and the surrounding areas who continue to work in the classical genres of landscape, portrait, and still life. In addition, the complex brings traveling exhibitions from museums in Moscow and the Moscow region. The venue hosts workshops, lectures, film screenings, and meetings with artists. The complex is committed to spreading knowledge, education, and exploring new formats of engagement with residents of the Khimki urban district. Here you will find many interesting and useful things.
