About museum

The Criollo Chocolate History Museum has 5 halls and more than 1,000 exhibits. During the tour, visitors can mold chocolate figurines, taste different types of chocolate and receive souvenir chocolate gifts. Here you will learn the history of the cacao tree, become acquainted with the customs and culture of the ancient Maya, learn about the history of chocolate's arrival in Europe, find out why it was considered a medicine in Russia, and also learn about the famous imperial chocolate factories.
