Museum of the Beloretsk Metallurgical Plant
About museum
The Tverdyshev-Myasnikov Museum houses copies of historical documents used to build the Molotov plant. Its displays provide information about all the owners of the enterprise and show samples of the preserved products. Special attention is given to the exhibition dedicated to labor during the Great Patriotic War. Notable awards and distinctions with which the Beloretsk Metallurgical Plant was honored for achievements in the All‑Union Socialist Competition are presented here. In honor of the plant's 250th anniversary many exhibits in the museum were updated, and on the occasion of the upcoming 70th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War a hall was arranged with panels featuring thematic exhibitions. There is also an exhibition by a student search group from the town led by Nikolai Ivanovich Lukin, which studied the history of the 298th Beloretsk Rifle Regiment and visited a mass grave in the Belarusian village of Ulla where 32 soldiers from Beloretsk are buried.
