A. A. Kadyrov Memorial Complex of Glory is a place that holds the history of the Chechen Republic and all of Russia.
The A. A. Kadyrov Memorial Complex of Glory was opened on May 8, 2010, as an honorary monument to the Victory in the Great Patriotic War and to the first president of the Chechen Republic, Hero of Russia Akhmad-Haji Kadyrov. Surrounding the complex is the Alley of Glory with a collection of historical equipment from the museum, which includes a T-34 tank, a GAZ-AA truck, the short-barreled mountain gun "Dangliz" and three large guns. The museum displays state awards, photographs, commemorative items, camouflage uniforms of all branches of the armed forces, and an electronic scoreboard listing participants in military operations. Tourists and city residents visit the complex weekly, where tours and exhibitions by artists from across Russia are held. The Memorial Complex of Glory is a place where the history of the Chechen Republic and all of Russia lives.
