It houses the permanent exhibition "Literary Sochi", dedicated to outstanding figures of Russia's literary scene: Odoevsky, Bestuzhev-Marlinsky, Tolstoy, Dostoevsky, Bunin, Yesenin, Pasternak, Mayakovsky, Babel, Klyuev, Shvarts, Zabolotsky, Zoshchenko, Grossman. The pavilion also presents exhibitions from private collections, Russian and European museums, as well as contemporary art.
