Museum of the State Philharmonic of the Republic of Adygea
About museum
In 2008 a museum was founded at the State Philharmonic of the Republic of Adygea to help visitors better understand how the philharmonic contributes to the development of the arts and public leisure. The displays present materials about the philharmonic's directors at different times and about the ensembles that are part of it: the first pop ensemble 'Orida', the first People's Artist of Russia from the Adyghe people, Goshchnau Samogova, 'Nalmes', 'Islamey', the State Symphony Orchestra, the State Orchestra of Russian Folk Instruments 'Russkaya Udal', the pop ensemble 'Oshten', the Puppet Theatre, and the Chamber Music Salon. The museum also exhibits a variety of visual materials: posters, brochures, award certificates, records, costumes, dolls, and albums with photographs of well-known artists.
