Kosterevo Historical and Art Museum

In March 1965, the Historical and Art Museum was founded in the town of Kosterevo on a volunteer/community basis under the leadership of E. D. Solovyov, a technician-technologist of the Kosterevo combine named after the Comintern. During the museum's establishment, M. A. Kochueva, A. V. Vostokova, N. I. Zhukova and K. V. Zimakova were actively involved. On July 11, 2018, the museum was granted the status of a municipal budgetary cultural institution. The museum regularly hosts exhibitions, events and workshops. The exhibits, displays and photographs collected over generations allow visitors to gain a deeper understanding of the town's history.
