Palace of Culture of Railway Workers, or DKZh, built in 1924 under the name '10th Anniversary of October', is a separate museum building. During World War II it housed a hospital. The building's interior is partially preserved, including bas-reliefs depicting the musical arts: theatrical, folk, and instrumental. Here you can also visit the exhibitions 'Literary Museum of V. P. Astafyev', 'History of the Rear Hospital', 'Archaeological Triangle'. In addition, there are rooms equipped for holding master classes, workshops, and lectures.
