The State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Crimea "Central Museum of Taurida" is one of the largest scientific and educational institutions in Crimea. Its collections contain more than 100,000 items, including archaeological objects, numismatics, a unique collection of 18th–19th century graphics, and much more. The museum also preserves interesting historical and everyday items, examples of decorative and applied arts, and ethnographic collections. It conducts scientific research, educational activities, exhibitions and master classes, and also participates in international and interregional projects.
