Центр культуры ЦК19 представляет выставку творческого объединения «Сугроб» (г. Тара) «LONG LIVE SUGROB». В экспозиции – более 40 работ, созданных в период с 2016 по 2023 год.
Сегодня небольшой, самый северный город Омской области Тара известен как один из центров неформальной культуры Сибири. Этот необычный образ старейшему городу области сформировала прежде всего самоорганизованная галерея «Сугроб» (создатели: Роман Николаев, Денис Бабенко, Евгений Хлюм, Евгений Северный (Захаров), Иван Шатов, Антон Куприянов, Денис Русаков).
«Тара – парадоксальный феномен сибирского иронического искусства. Художники, создавая произведения в стиле провинциальной романтики, конструируют свою мифологическую систему с элементами юмора, ассоциаций и штампов о сибирской глубинке на уровне чувственного подхода, – уточняет куратор проекта Анастасия Эрмиш. – «Long Live Sugrob» – широкий жест институции ЦК19 в сторону работы с актуальными локальными сообществами Сибири».
На выставке в ЦК19 представлены живопись и объекты ведущих художников Тары, объединённых поиском красоты в прозаичных сюжетах маленьких городов. Экспозиция дополнена документальными фото и видео, рассказывающими о деятельности галереи «Сугроб» — точке притяжения неформальных художников.
«Выставка – своеобразный срез творческой деятельности объединения «Сугроб». <…> Значительная часть работ представлена впервые. Идея и цель проекта: создать то, чего у нас нет. Exhibition 'Long Live Sugrob' CK19 Cultural Center presents an exhibition by the creative collective 'Sugrob' (Tara) 'LONG LIVE SUGROB'. The exhibition features over 40 works created between 2016 and 2023. Today the small, northernmost town of the Omsk region, Tara, is known as one of the centers of informal culture in Siberia. This unusual image of the region's oldest town was formed primarily by the self-organized gallery 'Sugrob' (founders: Roman Nikolaev, Denis Babenko, Evgeny Khlyum, Evgeny Severny (Zakharov), Ivan Shatov, Anton Kupriyanov, Denis Rusakov). 'Tara is a paradoxical phenomenon of Siberian ironic art. By creating works in the style of provincial romanticism, the artists construct their own mythological system with elements of humor, associations, and clichés about the Siberian hinterland on a sensory level,' explains project curator Anastasia Ermysh. 'Long Live Sugrob' is a broad gesture by the CK19 institution toward working with relevant local communities of Siberia. The exhibition at CK19 presents paintings and objects by leading Tara artists united by a search for beauty in the prosaic scenes of small towns. The exhibition is complemented by documentary photos and videos that tell the story of the 'Sugrob' gallery — a focal point for informal artists. 'The exhibition is a kind of cross-section of the creative activity of the 'Sugrob' collective. ... A significant portion of the works are being shown for the first time. The idea and goal of the project is to create what we don't have. As Damir Muratov says: "Grow where nothing grows!"', shares one of the authors of the exhibition project, Denis Rusakov. The exhibition runs until January 21, 2024.
