Exhibition Hall in the Atrium

The 'Atrium' hall hosts the permanent exhibition 'Wonderful City, Ancient City... The Art of the Russian Builder, 14th–19th centuries', allowing visitors to learn about the technologies and materials used in construction in Russia during that period. The exhibition features wooden house carvings, metal doors, window grilles, eave panels (soffits), window surrounds, friezes, white-stone decorative elements and other monuments from the museum-reserve's collections. Guided tours 'Masters: Technique and Art of the Russian Builder, 16th–19th centuries' are offered for children aged 11 and up and for adults.
