On the 89th floor of the Federation Tower in the Moscow-City business center sits Panorama 360, the highest observation deck in Europe and a member of the International Federation of High-Rise Towers. From a height of 327 meters it offers panoramic views of all the main sights of Moscow, which can be explored using the interactive guide and the AR Moscow City app. The deck also features a unique ice cream factory—the highest in the world—with an open conveyor line from an Italian manufacturer and tastings of the freshest ice cream.
