Family Museum Center 'Kamelok'

About museum

Since January 7, 2016, the family museum center 'Kamelok' has been operating in Tobolsk, located in the historic building of the Provincial Printing House. The first hall features a permanent exhibition dedicated to the history of Russian folk costume, as well as an interactive space and display equipment for exhibitions and master classes. The second hall houses a stylized exhibition complex devoted to Russian ethnography, showcasing the interiors of a traditional Russian izba, household items and tools. The center regularly hosts tours, exhibitions, contests, festivals, quizzes, holiday events and themed meetings.
