About museum
The museum features six halls dedicated to studying the region's history from the earliest times to the mid-20th century. Visitors can learn about the settlement of the European Northeast, the life and Christianization of the population of Perm Vychegodskaya, the history of the county town Ust-Sysolsk, and the participation of the inhabitants of the Komi ASSR in the Great Patriotic War. The exhibition includes various objects and artifacts, including a mechanical organ, products of the Nyuvchim iron foundry, an SHTZ tractor from the 1930s, and other exhibits. In addition, interactive elements of the exhibition allow visitors to experience a journey through time and gain a better understanding of historical events.
