New exhibitions and events of various kinds are planned for the future. In 2017, the former merchant mansion of the Chistopol merchants Chukashevy was leased to the Chistopol State Historical, Architectural and Literary Museum-Reserve, and a Museum and Exhibition Complex was established in it. This building is an object of cultural heritage of republican significance and will operate as a Museum and Exhibition Complex until 2021. Various exhibitions from the collections of the Chistopol State Museum-Reserve and other museums, as well as private collections, are held here. Currently open exhibitions include 'Roads of War', 'Chistopol during the Great Patriotic War', 'Soviet Everyday Life', 'Chistopol Watch Factory', and 'Magical Ceramics'. Other exhibitions and events of various kinds are planned for the future.
