Museum‑Reserve "Trekhrechye"
About museum
On October 28, 2011, the first facility of the Trekhrechye Museum‑Reserve was opened — the memorial exhibition "Shor GULAG", dedicated to the memory of the victims of terror. This is an unusual museum, because visitors can enter the atmosphere of a corrective labor camp of the 1930s–1950s by passing through a checkpoint. Tourists can follow the exhibition route along wooden walkways and also visit the memorial installation "Ringing Memory", where one can place a bell in memory of the victims of the repressions. The Church of St. Nicholas the Wonderworker is located next to the museum.
