In August 2012, at the initiative of collector Vladimir Garnin, the St. Petersburg Museum of Retro Technology and Military History Enthusiasts was opened, showcasing restored cars and motorcycles. Here you can enter a "time machine" by attending events held at the museum: hire an antique car with a driver, rent retro costumes, take part in themed photo sessions, shoot music videos, etc. The museum conducts historical tours and themed programs for schoolchildren and students. In addition, there is a discussion club on the history of automotive technology, retro parties and festivals are held, and there is the international club "Autoritet". The museum is ready to cooperate with any organizations and private individuals involved in preserving Russia's historical heritage.
