\r\nThe Shuya Soap Museum is a private project. The idea to open a Soap Museum in the ancient town of Shuya came to us at the beginning of the 21st century.

\r\nOn July 27, 2014, the Shuya Soap Museum opened its doors to visitors. We had been working toward this day for more than 10 years.
\r\n
\r\nCollecting exhibits, research activities, restoration work and construction of the museum premises — we did it all!
\r\n
\r\nToday the Museum offers an engaging 60-minute tour about the history of the Shuya soap-making craft.
\r\n
\r\nWe run soap-making master classes by appointment for groups of 10 or more. We offer an overview tour of the ancient town of Shuya.
\r\n
\r\nWe welcome you on Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00.
\r\n
\r\nTours start every hour.
