I. A. Kuratov Museum of Literary Characters
About museum
In honor of the first Komi poet Ivan Alekseevich Kuratov, a site was established that attracts attention with a large number of interesting exhibits made of wood and birch bark, which the Komi formerly used for household purposes. Here you can see a large village izba consisting of four rooms, a seni (entryway), a poves (traditional room), a barn, exhibition panels dedicated to I. A. Kuratov, as well as a bust and literature containing his works. Visitors can learn about the poet's biography and genealogy. In addition, exhibitions of decorative and applied arts are held here, as well as various celebrations.
