Municipal Budgetary Institution 'Berdsk Historical and Art Museum'

About museum

In 1987, the city Museum of History and Art was opened in Berdsk, consisting of two history halls and three exhibition halls. On July 26, after almost a three-month closure, the museum was joyfully received by the townspeople. The museum's director, Vera Borisovna Panchenko, working without sufficient funds, managed to make that day interesting. The exhibition will feature paintings by Berdsk artist I. Repyuk. In one of the halls, exhibits from the only Kunstkamera in our country, brought from St. Petersburg, will be displayed. Thus, thanks to Vera Borisovna's resourcefulness and extensive connections, the museum reopened its doors to visitors and invites them to become acquainted with unique natural exhibits.
