On September 8, 2013, on Lyudinovo's City Day, the Lyudinovo Art Gallery was opened. The opening ceremony was attended by Viktor Baburin, Chairman of the Legislative Assembly of Kaluga Oblast, deputies of the Legislative Assembly, the head of the district administration, the mayor of Lyudinovo and the town's residents. The gallery is located on the second floor between the buildings of the Employment Center and the military enlistment office of the "Kaskad" shopping center. A few days before the opening, a ceremony was held to donate canvases by the artist Nina Nikolaevna Balakina and other artists who provided their paintings. These works of art became the gallery's first exhibition.
