In 2019 the Cheremkhovo City History Museum was established, succeeding the Museum of the History of Cherembass, which was opened in 1969. The museum collection contains over 9,000 items, of which 4,952 are part of the main collection. Based on the study of previously unexplored pages of the city's history, interactive exhibitions are organized that allow visitors to immerse themselves in a particular time and place. New forms of museum events tell the three-century history of Cheremkhovo, its people and events, contributing to education and cross-sector dialogue. The city's population and its surrounding areas actively attend the exhibitions, tours, master classes and other events held by the museum. Its integration into city life and the facilitation of intersectoral dialogue occur thanks to productive project activity.
