About museum
The City Museum decided to expand its exhibition space. In 2020 a branch of the Museum of Fine Arts was opened with the support of the Gazprom Dobycha Yamburg company. The new exhibition space can accommodate dozens of visitors and host up to three exhibitions. The art gallery is known to Novy Urengoy residents for projects such as Art-bombing, the "Artists Against Terrorism" exhibition-competition, and others. It showcases the boldest ideas of contemporary artists and provides them with an opportunity for creative expression. We hope that the new space will become not only a venue for art exhibitions but also a source of inspiration for local artists.
