The Aleysk Museum has existed for more than a quarter of a century. It holds 17,172 items of historical and cultural heritage, of which 14,383 are in the main collection. Here you can find paintings, numismatic items, ethnographic exhibits, and a unique collection of stones and minerals. Over the years the museum has secured a worthy place in the city's cultural life. The exhibits enable visitors to learn about the history of Aleysk from ancient times to the present day and tell of the region's natural wealth and the lives and customs of the peoples of Russia.
