On the weekend there will be events for indoor plant and book lovers.

Plant swap.
An environmental action 'Plant Swap' will take place at the youth library. You can bring houseplants (they must be healthy and free of pests), plant cuttings, offshoots, seeds, pots, soil, fertilizers, books about plants and anything related to houseplants to exchange or give away.
At 2:00 PM there will be a master class '10 Simple Tips for the Plant Grower', a quiz and prize-giving.
If you have plants to give but cannot attend the Swap on the day, bring the plants to the library in advance, during the week.

Book Week at the Garage Museum.
At the 'Knizhny' café there will be Book Week of the Garage Museum of Contemporary Art.
During these days visitors can expect an active intellectual program consisting of lectures, public talks, presentations, as well as a wide selection of books from the Garage Museum's publishing program.
When: March 28 — April 6

On March 28 at 7:00 PM there will be a public discussion of plans, directions and books featuring Tatiana Rapoport, head of the publishing department, and chief editor Olga Dubitskaya. They will talk about the books to be published this year and present a new book series. The meeting will be moderated by 'Knizhny' staff members Alexandra Tolmacheva and Maria Ivanova.

On March 29 at 6:00 PM there will be a lecture 'Paper Architecture' from the travel project 'Zameta'.

On March 30 on the premises of the 'Knizhny' café you will be able to discuss the book 'The Waning World: The History of the Incredible in the Late USSR' with the author Alexey Konakov, who will also hold an autograph session after the presentation.
On April 1 at 7:00 PM there will be an online presentation of the book 'Yakut Cinema' by Vladimir Kocharyan. The meeting will be moderated by radio journalist, lecturer, blogger and psychologies.ru columnist Irina Yurkova.
On April 2 at 7:00 PM there will be a lecture 'Russian Modernism — The Transformation of Life' by cultural scholar Ivan Govorukhin.
On April 4 at 7:00 PM film critic Anna Smirnova will present a retrospective of Andrei Tarkovsky's work.
On April 6 there will be a children's book club meeting dedicated to the book 'Trash Monster' for readers aged 6–8.

The Garage Museum of Contemporary Art was founded in 2008. It was originally located in the building of the Bakhmetyevsky Garage on Obraztsova Street in Moscow, from which it took its name.

The museum collects and preserves archives on the history of Russian contemporary art, publishes books on a wide range of contemporary culture topics, hosts film screenings and lectures, and runs long-term programs to support artists and regional art institutions.
