The Collectors' Museum presents to its visitors an incredibly interesting history and the remarkable traditions of Russian collecting in seven exhibition halls. It displays part of Y. S. Varshavsky's collection of Western European and Russian engraved portraits, works of painting and graphic art, as well as decorative and applied arts. You can view famous paintings and become acquainted with rare works by K. S. Petrov-Vodkin, N. K. Roerich, Z. E. Serebriakova, B. M. Kustodiev, M. V. Nesterov, A. P. Ostroumova-Lebedeva, A. N. Benois, and E. E. Lansere. You can also appreciate an exceptional collection of furniture and interiors, books and propaganda porcelain from 1918–1923 that belonged to the Leningrad collectors R. M. and A. A. Timofeev.
