Exhibition Hall of the Union of Artists of Russia, Arkhangelsk
About museum
Since 1977 the Union of Artists of Russia has provided two halls for various exhibitions and events. The institution runs notable projects such as an international photography festival, the arts festival “Parallel Worlds”, the exhibition showcasing the creative residency “Zvozlandia”, solo projects by Dmitry Trubin, and the annual regional exhibition “North”. In addition, it hosts educational events — for example, the forums “Contemporary Art in the European North” and “Arctic Art Forum: Embodied Knowledge” — as well as artist talks, master classes, and workshops. The exhibition hall also offers an art residency for artists, critics, and curators from Russia and other countries.
