Exhibition Hall of the Museum and Exhibition Center of the Elektrostal Urban District

The exhibition hall was opened in 1972 to enhance the aesthetic education of the city's population. In 1990 it was transferred to budget funding and became a structural subdivision of the municipal institution Museum and Exhibition Center. The hall hosts various types of exhibitions, including fine art, decorative and applied arts, and natural science exhibitions. Two regional exhibition projects are especially popular: Patchwork Rainbow of the Moscow Region and Contemporary Embroidery of the Moscow Region. In addition, the hall holds various events, including meetings with artists, master classes, and concerts. Every November the Night of the Arts event takes place. The exhibition hall is intended to raise the level of aesthetic education of the city's population.
