On November 20, 1995, the Committee for Culture of the Kislovodsk city administration issued an order to include the address at 14 Kurortny Boulevard among the city's active exhibition halls. The hall regularly hosts exhibitions by artists, photographers, and craftsmen of decorative and applied arts of regional and federal significance. Poets who are members of the literary association "Orpheus" present their works here, and poetry days are held. Socially significant projects are also implemented here. For example, the "Multinational Russia" project made it possible to showcase the region's ancient culture, customs, and traditions of representatives of various nationalities and religions. As part of the "Art-May" project, an exhibition of children's drawings titled "The World Through My Eyes" was held, which played an important role in the aesthetic education of young people. The hall plays an important role in the education and development of youth: they participate in events here, attend lectures, and take part in workshops. Special attention is paid to children and young people with disabilities.
