About museum

Currently the main collection of museum exhibits at the Ust-Ilimsk Art Gallery consists of 1,673 storage units. Over the years the gallery has become a meeting place for artists, poets and art lovers. It hosts solo exhibitions by local artists as well as numerous guests from the regional center. Gallery staff offer visitors tours of current exhibitions, lectures on the history of fine art, and creative evenings with interesting people. Visitors to the gallery can view works by such well-known artists as Vladimir Osipov, Gennady Maksakov, Alexander Vesnin, Nikita Shobolov, Nikolai Tarasik, Ivan Malashenko, Vitaly Smagin, Alexey Shipitsyn, Victor Mironenko and Gennady Kuzmin.
