On March 30, 2001, a new cultural center was opened in Orsk — the City Exhibition Hall, created on the initiative of and with the active support of the Orsk branch of the Union of Artists of Russia. The main elements of the hall's exhibitions are group exhibitions of the Orsk branch of the Union of Artists of Russia, which present works by professional artists such as M. Kirilchuk, N. Leontyev, A. Eremin, A. Zaporzhin, R. Oraev, L. Oraeva, M. Izak, N. Starostina, O. Kitaev, A. Kashigin, Yu. Kosykh, V. Bityutsky, N. Kazynkina, and others. The hall displays works by professional painters, graphic artists, sculptors, designers, as well as pieces by masters of decorative and applied arts. The museum also hosts tours, creative meetings, concerts, and master classes. The City Exhibition Hall offers people of all backgrounds the opportunity to become acquainted with artistic achievements.
